Day 5:
Whooohooo!!! I conquered the grind!! The Grouse Grind is hike here in Vancouver (for you out of towner friends), its basically the stair master on death mode!!!
I am mentally done right now...ready for a deep deep sleep, but I learned alot of things during the hike, will share them tomorrow!! Thanks for all the positive love messages today....lets LIVE our BEST Lives...seriously!! Lets stop waiting for "one day"! I was tired of one day syndrome, and its time you are too!

Day 4!!
Day four was soooo progressive!! I moved forward today all day!! In a lot of different areas!
So much could happen in 90 days!! So much, its so exciting! Our bodies can be transformed, our minds, our lives, relationships, its really exciting!! It starts with a decision!
Decision:
Have you made that decision in your life, for where you want to be 3 months from now, 6 months from now, 1 year from now, five years, 10 years? If that seems overwhelming you need to ask yourself why. I know after university, I started living in a month to month mentality as opposed to a long term VISION! I have made a decision, I decided, actually decided what I want, and now am putting in the work to receive it! Have you? Recent reminders have showed me that life is way to precious to keep waiting! We can live at the optimal level!
Today felt great!!! I ran around the entire sea wall this morning!! I was one of those people for the last couple months always saying, I "SHOULD" run the sea wall some day! I did it!! Felt so good. Its amazing how actually starting our days with exercise can make the rest of the day feel soooo amazing!! It was just the best day!!
Hate mail: I got my very first hate mail today!! Whooo hooo!! I once heard a saying, that if people aren't talking about you, you must not be doing enough!! I love my LOVE mail, thank you all for the comments and posts! The only thing with my hate mail was the a lot of rude bold things were said but the person was not brave enough to say who he/she was! But its okay, this blog and posts aren't for that one person, and I wish you the best!
FILL YOURSELF UP!
I want to encourage all of you to keep yourself filled up!! Has anyone of you ever broken down on the side of the road due to lack of filling up on gas?? I know I have and it sucks!! It's the same thing with our minds! We have to constantly keep filling them up with great material! Whether its the bible, great books, biographys, motivational speakers, anything, it has to be CONSISTANT!! See how you feel once you fill yourself up!! You just feel happier, nicer, more aware and more alive!! So try it and let me know how it works!!
GOALS
I hope everybody is writing out there top ten goals short term and long term everyday for 30 days, if you are not, ask yourself, why havn't I done it. Are you to busy, to tired, to lazy, can't be bothered, to skeptical? How is that working for your life? Are you where you want to be? If not then try it!! Its really inspiring and fun and you feel good at work and in your business because you start striving for those goals!! Type them up and write them on your washroom walls!! See them frequently! Out of sight, out of mind, and 9 years go by!!
And for some, many more then just 9!
Its late and I'm going to bed and my battery is about to die!! Doing the grind tomorrow, excited, scared, smiling:)

Day 3
Wow!! It's already day three!! 87 more days to go!! whoot whoot! haha..those will come fast! Its crazy how many of us 90 days later are in the same spot that we were 90 days earlier, even though our I SHOULD list just keeps getting bigger!
Today I was walking to get my occassional Tim Hortons Ice cap..yumm, and I found myself thinking the same thought that I have been thinking for weeks. And I caught myself! I realized how much time and energy I was wasting thinking the same fricken thought over and over and over again! I just cut it short and started thinking a progressive thought!! Something that will progress me into where I want to be!
Theres a lot of little things, well I should say big things that I have been learning lately. Really interesting concepts that play such a big part in our lives. First of all, most people are so unaware of what they really want so they keep doing whatever it takes to get by and put bread and butter in the house. Second of all, everything is a result. Everything is a result of whats going on in your inner world, your mind. What are you constantly thining, believing, saying, feeling. It all plays a direct role with the results of your life. So if you dont' like your financial situation, change things that you are saying. Instead of saying I CAN"T AFFORD IT, say, HOW CAN I MAKE IT HAPPEN. Your mind will start to find ways to make it happen, instead of closing it off right away.
Amazing things are happening, I'm feeling excited and progressive!! Im really excited for international expansion in our company. Its great going from a striving entrepreneur thats working hard to start something...to one day creating something huge!!
I'm working in the creative stage tonight!! I challenge you to think about what you really want, reallllly think about it..and then take an action step towards it! Even if its just reading something on the web, calling somebody, making a list, meeting someone etc. Anything!!
ps don't forget to write out your goals everyday for the next 30 days!

Call things that are not, as they are!!
Day 1
Day 1 is usually the hardest day, requires the most amount of energy because you need all the energy to start, you can't rely on momentum, but can still rely on the adrenaline of excitement. The excitement and possibilities of change.
I realized in order for change to happen we have to really believe it, not just say it or agree and nod when we read it in a book or hear someone talk about it, but really believe. Do you believe that 207 days from now (6 months) your life can be different. Do you want it to be different? Where do you see yourself? Who would you be talking to? What would you be wearing? Where do you see yourself on March 10th. There is no need to be realistic...that's just a boundary or an excuse you are capping on yourself!
My next question is...have you taken the time to write down your goals? If not, just take five minutes and write down about ten things that you want for yourself. The beautiful thing about this is that instead of all the negative talk and gossip most of us indulge in, our subconscious mind will have some positive exciting things to work with. Amazing things do start happening in your life! Trust me, I won a trip to the world cup, made Top 4 in a Global Entrepreneurship contest with over 44,000 applicants, won a car, numerous other amazing adventures!! If you write down what you want and actually start believing it is possible...amazing things will start to happen!
So today write out your ten goals! Write them out everyday for 30 days! Most of you will stop at day two, some will go hard for a week, and then stop and then start...what does that tell you?
Lets write those goals down and on March 10th we will meet to see what happened!!!

207 days until 30!! Making these last 6 months count!
Hey friends!!
Hope you are all doing well and had an amazing summer!! I've back from my trip and ready to hit the ground running! Upon conversation with my grand dad last week, he reminded me that I was in my last six months of my twenties! I didn't think about it much at the time, until I started thinking what have a I really accomplished in my twenties! Then I corrected myself and thought what else can I achieve in my twenties!! So I have six months!
I'm ready to embark on these last six months with all of you, and am going to strive to make it the best of my twenties!
1. The plan is to be in the best shape of my life!
2. Acquire bulldog determination and discipline and accomplish my goals
3. Decide what my real purpose is and start living it
4. Make an extreme difference in the world
5. Be the best that I can be
6. Oh and yes get up early!
So what I realized from my last attempt at writing was consistancy is the most important thing for all of us, if we really want to achieve something!! Sometimes we get sooo busy, just doing regular everyday survival things that we don't get to grow or work on our dreams! Chris Gardner from Pursuit of Happiness no matter where he was working or living, never lost sight of working towards his dream, even when he was homeless!
I believe the only reason we don't reach our goals is because we don't really focus on them, we think about them, usually on new years eve, birthday, usually the big 20, 30, or 50 or at a transitionary period of our lives, but then we put them away, thinking things will just come. They are like muscles if we don't see them and work on them everyday they will die!
To be brutally honest, thats whats happened with me numerous times, I have had a goal and then fail to reach it because after the initial excitement of the week or maybe a month, or two, when the going gets tough the goal just dies or the date just changes. I can honestly say I havn't really put my nose to the grind and gone all in! So its time to change, and really get what I want, and I want to do it with all of you!! I want to commit and self discipline! For the next 207 days we will grow together, and have the best 30th birthday celebration ever!!
See you tomorrow, lets make the rest of our life, the best of our life!!

Justin Bieber is the bomb...lol!!!
Hello Friends!!!!
Wow this day just keeps getting better and better and better:) I woke up to find out that I am a guest at a wedding where Justin Bieber and his family will be attending. I can't give details as to where and when and who, but its amazinggggggggg!!!! Bieber all the way!!! Wow, it reminds me of my backstreet boys days! How old is he again?
Have fun and hold each thought captive!
Its so fun when you start to really analyze what you are thinking about for most of the day. So many of us are accustomed to thinking fearful thoughts. Thoughts of anxiety, worry, impatience, doubt, regret, STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!! My great amazing friend Doreen read the following earlier today, and it struck a cord and I had to share it with all of you because it is soooo true!
I've come to realize the difference in success, or failure, is not how you look, not how you dress and not even how you're educated. It's how you think!!!!
It really does come down to this friends!! Life can be so much easier and so much more fun, if we really hold each thought we think into captive. Is it serving you or is it harming you!! If your circumstance does not allign up with where we want to be in life, its because we are not thinking the correct thoughts. Let's not let our circumstances and situations determine the thoughts that come into our heads. If someone hurt us, chose not to be angry, just choose joy. Choose not to be offended today, just say no to offense, you may have to say it hundred times over "I will not be offended, I will not be offended, I will not be offended." You may have to shut your own thought patterns off dramatically, because some of ours are so strong that we can hardly hold them captive!!!
Lets not let our circumstances determine what we are constantly thinking!!! Because in-turn we are creating the circumstances we don't want!!!
Yes, acknowledge where you are at, make a plan, and let thoughts of abundance, prosperity, joy, and a sound mind fill your mind! Correct yourself everytime you think a wrong thought by replacing it with the correct thought! If you want to be where you are at today next year, then keep thinking the way you always do! IF you are stuck today, ask yourself, what am I feeding my mind constantly, are you acknowledging that you are stuck over and over again. If so we are planting weeds in the soil (our mind) and we will have no harvest!!
The message is simple friends, think the right thoughts! No seriously, do it!! Don't let one idle thought cross your mind for the rest of the day!!! We can do it, I've corrected myself over 500 times today and its only 3:42!! Yes, I'm keeping track!
If you want progress, join me, lets do this!!!! Let's fullfill our purposes together, you playing small does not serve the world anymore, the world needs what you have to offer, will you give it to us??? You decide, if you hesitated....correct that thought!!!! Fear will not serve the world!!!

We are what we repeadtely do!
Wow, I am so excited this morning!!! I'm semi exercising again since my broken toe situation!!! It broke from giving someone a hug, NEVER hugging anybody again (lol). I am Going to the Chris Cornell acoustic concert tonight!!! A beautiful surprise, God is so great:). I'm sitting in my home watching the rowers go by, people running on the sea wall, and waiting for the sun to rise!! LOL! Come on Vancouver! I woke up this morning with such a sense of purpose, and I couldn't wait to come to the computer to write to you:) How are you today? No really....how are you? If how you are doesn't allign with how you want to be, change it. Not later, not tomorrow, but right now, change it. Let's stop making change such a complicated subject, lets just change. Change our minds! If your mind is flooded with negativity, doubt, hurt, depression or sadness this morning, then SET your mind to the proper dial and keep it SET!!! Every second of our life is precious, lets not waste it.
Lalalalallalalalalala (I'm not listening)!!!
A technique I recently learned: When my mind starts thinking thoughts that aren't in alignment with who I want to be and how I want to live...I literally have to stop them before they overtake me, or they begin to harvest in my life. Before the thought gets out of hand or even before the thought is finished I say lalalalallalalalalalalal nooooooooo, I will not think this way, and replace the thought with something that I believe!! I literally RUN away from BAD NEWS!!! Or news that most of the time is just created in our minds. Friends, what we constantly think, and believe is what we are creating in our lives!! We need to be really careful and take control as opposed to letting our mind control us!! We drive the vessel!! So lets take control! Remember any thought that is not positive or not serving you, especially thoughts of DOUBT, WORRY, ANXIETY, and FEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time those thoughts come to you today, just lalallalalallalalalalalallalaall BLOCK THE THOUGHT!!!! For some of us they will come often, others are better, its okay. At first the lalalalalallalalalalalallalalalallal will be longer, and when you get better at it, you may just need a shorter reminder, like LALA. The beauty of this self made technique is that it works!! Remember to stop the thought short and then replace it with an encouraging one!

I have been studying some of the great people to ever live, today, and from history. And what I have realized is that they are constantly improving themselves. When it came to Einstein, Aristole, Vince Lombardi, Michael Jordon, Mohammad Ali, they CONSTANTLY gave themselves PEP TALKS!!! Not once in a while, or in the morning when they woke up, or before a big game or meeting, but allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the time!! I believe that this action lead to their greatness. Vince Lombardi himself said, "Life's battles don't always go to the stronger or faster man. Sooner or later the man who wins is the man you THINKS he can."
PEP talks are KEY!! See, I was tired yesterday before I went to the tasting, because Justyna made me stay up for the Royal Wedding;) But I had to PEP talk myself, I didn't have a cheering squad with me (Jinder was at his own tasting). So the PEP went like this; "Sukhi, change your mindset, do you want the freedom that this result will bring? The answer was yes, so I said to myself, "go in there like a superstar, and give the people what they deserve!" When I left the meeting I felt so great and so filled up! What if I would have gone in their tired, did it anyway, but didn't want to be there? PEP talks are so important team!!! Tell yourself you can do it, tell yourself that you will not wait another day, tell mind to be quite at times, take control and become your biggest cheerleader second to God!
Instructions for todays message:
1. Don't yell out lalalalalallalalalalallalalalaal toooooo loud in public places, people might think you are crazy, and that could be another problem;)
2. It's our year, its time we start driving our vehicle (controlling our minds), instead of just going through the motions like every other year!!! Lets make the choice to not let life just happen to us!! Believe it or not, we have the ability to make today so amazing, regardless of what you are feeling right now!! (If you aren't feeling how you want to feel, lalalalallalalalallalalalallalalala don't listen to that thought, and feed it with an empowering one!!!)
