So, the countdown has began!!!!! This is really exciting! I woke up before 7:30am(ha) today and read someones Facebook status, it read: "The real fun is in creating the success, not showing people your success!" It was so awesome reading this because it is exactly what I have been feeling. So even if what we are doing today doesn't seem like fun, enjoy it and have fun with it, because I guarantee one day we will be referring back to it as the fun times! I'm pushing to hit a rank by Friday in Monavie, I'm driven to getting it done! A big shout out to God for all his help!
Set your mind, and keep it set!
Yesterday was day one! I realized a few different things! The most important thing right now in order for me to reach my goals is that I am setting my mind every single day. Initially, I had set my mind and decided to do this challenge. But yesterday it hit me that I need to be setting my mind everyday for the next 92 days. For example, in order to wake up most of us have to set our alarm clocks every single day, we can't just set it once a month or during the times when we feel really excited and pumped! It doesn't work like that! The same is true with our minds, no matter how excited we are today, that excitement I "set" yesterday won't last the entire 93 days if I only set my mind once! We need to be setting our minds daily, if not hourly!! Hmmm.... Mind set.....what is your mind set for this morning? Is your mind set for failure this morning? Is your mind set for defeat and depression this morning? Is your mind set for frustration? Is your mind set for barely just making it? Is your mind set for exhaustion? Or is your mind set for something that is causing you fear? Is your mind set for joy no matter what happens? Is your mind set for peace, even though you may be going through a storm in your life right now? Is your mind set for more laughter? What is your mind set? Set your mind and keep it set!!!
Becoming the most enthusiastic person I know:
I have set my mind for today! No matter what happens, and how tired I may feel (because its day two of getting up early for a night owl!), I have set my mind to give every single person I meet or talk with including myself a memorable experience, I want to be the most enthusiastic person I have ever met! This may be tough, for those of you that know my brother, I have some big competition.
The challenge:
Friends I challenge you today to set your mind and keep it set! Pick one thing you want to set your mind on, and execute it out in every single situation and conversation throughout the day. Whether you are at home with the kids today, working at a high end executive job, shopping, teaching, working with patients or studying. Keep your mind set and see what happens! If your previous patterns of mindset kick in, its okay readjust and keep it set and watch the cool things that start happening!!
